Spring Baskets Cushion and Mini Quilt
Price range: $16.00 through $17.50
This delightful log cabin basket block is very versatile. I have used four blocks to make a cushion and nine blocks in a mini quilt. You could make six blocks for a table runner or just one block for the cover of a needle book or a bag.
The block is paper foundation pieced, the handle is hand appliqued and a pretty flower motif is hand quilted in the space between the handle and the top of the basket.
The comprehensive pattern gives very detailed instructions for all techniques. Even a beginner could follow along step by step and foundation piece this block. All measurements are given for the sashings and borders and construction of both projects.
Finished size of the cushion is 20” square and the mini quilt is 27” square.
