Kimiko Bag Pattern

This gorgeous bag will carry your latest sewing projects and equipment in style, or even be a lovely shopping bag! The appliqué on the front and back panels is hand stitched using English Paper Piecing techniques. There is also a lovely circle flower and leaf appliqué panel including folded rose buds. The bag is hand quilted in Perle thread for added texture. Construction of the bag is achieved by machine. While the sample was made using pastel Japanese woven fabrics, the bag would also look great in brights or your favourite colour scheme. There are three options for the pattern; a downloadable pattern, a printed pattern and a printed pattern that includes all the paper templates required for the EPP: large and small elongated hexagons and circles for the centre flower.
The finished size of the bag is 12 1/2” x 15 1/2” x 2 1/2”.
