For the first time I am offering the printed pattern and template kit for “Rosings”. One of my Jane Austen Quilt Collection designs, “Rosings” is a very rich and regal bed sized quilt. The centre of the quilt is a Georgetown Circle block which is made by paper foundation machine piecing techniques. This centre medallion is surrounded by four corner urns of spectacular flowers and leaves in red and gold on a deep brown background. A dogtooth border adds a geometric balance and then there is a border of English paper pieced octagons and squares.
The comprehensive pattern provides detailed descriptions of all techniques plus diagrams, pattern sheets and full sized foundation patterns ready to be copied. The template kit contains all the EPP papers required plus perspex fussy cutting window templates for three shapes.
Finished size is 82” square. I hope you will enjoy making your own version of “Rosings”.

I am passionate about quilting, especially English paper piecing and fine hand applique. My favourite fabrics are reproductions from the 19th century and my style is often inspired by antique quilts.
