Jacqueline Companion

This beautiful soft companion will sit beside you and keep all of your essential sewing tools within easy reach.  The companion was designed to sit over the arm of your couch but can equally sit flat on your sewing table.

The front of the companion features a beautiful Dresden plate flower with a stem and leaves, embellished with lovely hand quilting in a soft plum colour.  The back of the companion is made from a gorgeous collage fabric decorated with the addition of randomly placed hexagon rosettes.

Inside the companion there are lots of pockets and features.

From the left:
Mesh pockets to hold four spools of your favourite thread. Place the end of the thread through the mesh and simply pull until you have the desired length and cut off. No need to take the spool out.
Under these mesh pockets is a large quilted pocket to hold your glue pens and markers and other tools.
A rectangle of wool felt decorated with an applique hexagon rosette to hold your needle and pins safely.
A soft pin cushion the full width of the companion.
A large quilted pocket with a half Dresden flower appliqued and quilted on the front.  This pocket will fit your larger scissors and packets of needles.
The pockets at each end are secured by a button and closed with a button loop.
