French Rose Folder Cover

This delightful project creates a beautiful cover for a handy A5 ringback folder to store your current sewing project pieces and patterns. The sample was made using a mix of stunning French linen and cottons in my favourite pinks and creams.
The front cover features a beautiful applique rose cameo, embellished with simple embroidery and hand quilting. The back of the folder is made from English paper pieced hexagons. The interior flaps of the folder cover include several handy pockets and are also decorated with applique hexagons and hand quilting. The whole piece is securely bound and clasped with a button and loop.
This pattern is available as a downloadable PDF file or in printed form with or without the hexagon paper templates.
Finished size is 8¾” x 10½” (closed) and 10½” x 18½” (open); fits an A5 folder.
